Full Time Veterinary Surgeon – Tower Vets – York, North Yorkshire

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly Vet to join our amazing, caring, and helpful team here at Tower Veterinary Group, which is located in the beautiful city of York.

We have four surgeries, but you will be based at the main Surgery on Fulford Road where you will be well supported by all our staff, making you feel welcome and part of the team straight away.

Your working hours will be 40 hours a week, which is equivalent to 4 days working 8.30am-7pm and one day off in the week. Also, you will be on a Saturday rota which is 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8.30am-12.30pm) – No OOH work is required making it a good work life balance, so you will have plenty of time to explore the beautiful, and historic city of York has to offer.

Starting salary – £35,000+

Full Time RVN – Tower Veterinary Group – Acomb Surgery, North Yorkshire

We are looking for an experienced RVN to support the growth and development of our Acomb Surgery this exciting opportunity is to be a part of a very enthusiastic team to develop the services we currently offer and more, we are looking to introduce nurse consultations and a strong nurse service to complement our resident vets.

Working hours : A 40 hour week 1:3 Saturday mornings, No OOH

Senior Veterinary Surgeon required at Tower Vets, Knaresborough

The Role

Our Knaresborough branch of Tower Vets is currently experiencing an exciting period of development, and as a result, we have a fantastic new opportunity available for a veterinary surgeon who is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a 40 hour position over 4 days. Our practice opening hours are 08:30-19:00. You are required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings only, within your 40 hours. There is no OOH required for this role. This would suit someone who is a confident general practitioner but has a keen interest in developing themselves as a leader, taking on some managerial responsibilities within the clinic. You will be fully supported under the guidance of the Clinic Directors, Practice Manager and a Central Support team.

Our Knaresborough Branch is in a great location, in the picturesque market town, which sits on the edge of stately Harrogate, where Nidderdale meets the Vale of York. A great location for access to the fresh air of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. We are a supportive experienced team with high standards of patient and client care.

Our team consists of 8 veterinary surgeons, over 4 well established sites 3 of which are based in York. Our team have a GPCert in surgery and medicine.
